We shoot our photography with studio lighting which can make some colors or materials seem much brighter than when you receive them in person. Your screen also has an impact on the color so please allow for variations according to lighting conditions.

What are the pre-pack ratios?
We typically sell in packs of 6 with 2 smalls, 2 mediums, and 2 larges in the pack. The price that you are seeing reflects the price per pack.
How To Return My Items?
We only accept returns for factory defects, damages, and incorrectly shipped colors or styles. All sales are non-refundable.
1. What do I do if I want to return an item?
Your claim must be submitted by email within 7 business days of receipt of goods, please email support@sanssouciclothing.com for your return authorization (RA) request.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with all Sans Souci tags still attached and in its original packaging. Returned packages without an authorization will be shipped back to customers at their own expense. Return packages including items that are not damaged, incorrect or otherwise in good condition will not receive store credit. In this case, the shipping fee will also be charged-back. Failure to follow all requirements will result in a 20% restocking fee.

2. What do I do with Damages?
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, claims must be made over email (including pictures of defect) within 7 business days of receipt of goods, otherwise claim will not be honored.
*SANS SOUCI will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.
3. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested by e-mail. No cancellations are accepted after shipment.
4. I received my order but have several damaged units. What should I do?
Should you receive defective items, please send all information listed above in “#1” to support@sanssouciclothing.com. Further instructions will be advised by e-mail.
5. No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for damaged or return claims, only store credit will be issued. All discounted or on "SALE" items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
6. I want to return an item that was on sale. Do you accept it?
Unfortunately, all Sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
7. Do I have to pay for return shipping costs?
Customers may need to cover the expense for return shipping.
8. I received an RA Form, what do I do now?
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to inspect the return. Once approved, your store credit will be made available.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please reach out to support@sanssouciclothing.com.
